OV98 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines You Need to Know

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined herein:

• "Platform" refers to the OV98 website at ov98.vu, the OV98 mobile app, and all related services provided by OV98.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the OV98 platform.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

OV98 provides a range of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysia members. All financial transactions at OV98 are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Deposits can be made using approved payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and other methods available on the platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

6 OV98 Rights

• Suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates any terms in this document.
• Forfeit any winnings or bonus balances obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or system exploitation.
• Request additional verification documents from members at any time for KYC and legal compliance purposes.
• Decline or suspend any transaction suspected of being related to illegal activity or non-compliance with OV98's policies.
• Modify, improve, or discontinue any game, promotion, or service on the platform without prior notice.
• Set gaming limits, deposit limits, or other restrictions on specific accounts for protection or compliance purposes.

7 Responsible Gaming
